hi guys going to disney this year for the first time as a single parent i am staying at por and want to get to seaworld no car so doing the lynx buses i have an autistic child so need step by step guide to getting there if possible also got discovery cove booked but thinking of the early start may be getting a taxi but we shall see if i make it to seaworld in one piece first if thats easy may do the lynx buses for discovery as well thinking this is gonna be a lot cheaper than taxi, thanks
Firstly, do Discovery Cove by Taxi. Yes you could use the bus but you would have to transfer or walk a bit down the main road and then you would also have to walk up the longish driveway of Discovery Cove itself..
STEP BY STEP GUIDE AS REQUESTED.......
Now Seaworld. As you are staying at POR you can either catch the water boat to dtd or to make it as easy as possible,
1. Catch the DTD bus and get off at the market place, 1st stop
2. take the path into DTD but as you come to the Christmas Scene where you can take photos, on the corner of the Christmas Shop, take the side path that leads you along side woolfgang Pucks, Earl of Sandwich. It comes out by another side entrance into DTD. You will see the Toy Shop infront of your.
3. Go out this entrance and bare right to the crossing. You will see the Hilton Hotel on the other side of the road.
4. Cross towards the Hilton and on the other side turn right and the Lynx stop is right there.
5. The lynx 50 will take you right outside Seaworld itself. Cross the the parking lot when you get off the bus and you are there. All in all it should take about 1 hour door to door if you time the buses right!!!!
6. On the way back the lynx picks you up directly on the other side of the road it dropped you at Seaworld and you can get off right outside the Market Place again, just past the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista, on the corner of the junction.
7. You won't be the only ones on there, it is very popular with the brits this bus. It will only cost a few $ as well.
Don't worry about all these instructions...it is very very straight forward.
Hope thats ok..
