After just an awful call on the int, fumble. Glad for number 36, he had a great career. From a Sad NE fan.

We are sad with you. My DS8 is a huge Vikings fan but he shed tears for Tom Brady yesterday. Now his other fave team ,the Colts, has lost too. Pretty gloomy at our house. :sad1:

Yes that was an awful call. I was cursing at the tv...lol

Sorry I am not sad with you though.

GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, Aweful calls this weekend, from another sad Patriots Fan. The officials made it clear they wanted Indy to win. Anyone but Peyton is my motto. Congrats to the Steelers....

I'm glad to hear fans of the other teams talking about how bad that interception call was. Of course, we all thought it was bad but it is nice to know that it wasn't just our bias. Heck, even Boomer Esiason said it was a bad call.

Now it is on to Denver :cool1:

DH is on :cloud9: after sweating bullets. There has been some bad calls but luckily the Steelers pulled through!

Im just glad it was a clean and exciting game so we don't have to listen to everyone say how "dirty" we play! :teeth:

we won even with the bad calls against us....but the Colts put up a heck of a fight...you have to admire them for that! ::yes::

Guess when my flight to WDW is?

Yep, DURING the Championship game...Waaahhhhh!

That's what I get for having so little faith and booking a flight that day in the first place. I'll probably be thrown out of Pittsburgh for missing the game. :scared:

Well...that's okay I guess. Hopefully the CM at the BWV front desk can give me the good news about the win when I check in. Then I'll head over to Epcot as planned to celebrate by having dinner with Mickey at the Garden Grill, followed by a special celebration fireworks display (otherwise known as Illuminations). :teeth:

I feel your pain! I'm scheduled to fly to Mexico next Sunday for a conference. My only salvation maybe a report that has to go out the following week that just may need me to miss the conference!

Have a great trip!!!

I am so happy they won, I was thinking how awful for Bettis to go out like that. DH is extremely pleased :teeth:

I am so glad the Patriots lost. Everyone I know is sick to death of them. Sorry east coasters, but that's the way it is. Go steelers! (but only because the Browns are never anywhere near the playoffs)
Robin M.

That was an awful call and I'm glad the steelers won. What is with the referees in the playoffs, I can undertand mistakes but even with instant replay that just can't get it right!

Yep, word on the streets is that you won't be welcomed back...you're gonna have to get used to Florida. I dunno, al that sunshine would be real hrad to adjust to, after being used to 4 months of grey skies every winter. ;)

(I can't really pity anyone who will miss the game because they will be in WDW...LOL)

I'm another Pats fan that was happy to see the Colts lose. But don't worry football nation. The Pats will be back next year!
Until then, best of luck to the Steelers. Get rid of Denver for us!

:rotfl: Well, I actually did move to Florida for a while. Believe it or not I came back to Pittsburgh...by choice. :teeth:

Florida is great, IMO, between October and April. May through September I could do without...too hot for me. :faint:
