Staying onsite- when can you book dining?

I’m confused. Staying inside is dining 60 days or 60+10 (and you can do entire length of stay)?

You can make your reservations at the 60 mark from your check in date, including up to 10 days into your stay That’s what the 60+10 is. Offsite guests can only do theirs at 60 days, having to log in each day to make one days worth of reservations at a time. Does that make sense? It’s hard to put into words, lol. I hope this helps
