Reiterating what many said:
1) Don't worry about other people. Just worry about yourself. Wear the mask on the plane, gloves at the meal, etc.
2) Don't worry about your friend. Inviting a friend on this trip is the smart thing to do. If they agree to come, they're not coming on a "Let's see WDW!" - instead, they are coming on a "Let's spend some quality time with my friend" trip. That much seems obvious, so there should be no concern about not hitting every ride.
3) Take it slow. Get the cart to ride in. Take breaks at the first aid station.
4) And yes, avoid the buffet line.
There's no reason to push yourself more than necessary or take more risks than necessary. You're already taking risks with traveling on a plane, traveling to a very crowded destination, and traveling during cold season. And you may be more tired than you are now. So while you're there, try to take care of yourself as much as possible, and minimize everything else. (if it's a cold day....don't ride Splash Mountain, etc.)

. Be careful of elevator buttons and railings, I use my elbow to push buttons. All the other tips are great and should really help you avoid getting sick.

lol
Then you crawl into bed with those same clothes (such as for an afternoon nap, etc) and it gets all over your sheets and especially the pillows, where you lay your face. So easy to spread illness that way. So keep that in mind, too! No dirty clothes in the bed, lol.
