We were at OKW in a Grand Villa from 3/25 to 4/4/06.
All I can say is WOW! :thumbsup2
I could easily live there.

Were you in a Handicapped accessible unit? If so, which one and how did it work out? Thanks.

Sue,

Can you share pictures? We are booked in a Grand Villa in September (after the 11 night cruise!)

Dan

Yes, it was handicapped accessible, room 4815 with a roll in shower.
It worked out very well for us. My youngest DD needs a lot of assistance and the bathroom was big enough for that. I do have pictures, but I need to sort thru them before I can post any (I think we took about 800 digital photos).

AWesome Sue!!! Can't wait to see the pics!

Was this your first GV staty? We love them, but I think I like the kitchen arrangement in the 2 bedroom villas better than the GV because of where the sink is.

Yes, it was our first stay in a GV. We usually stay in a 2 bedroom.
Since we had an accessible room, the sink was not the same as a regular room anyway. It was shallow so a wheelchair could fit under it. It also didn't have a garbage disposal (we missed that a lot).

Sounds like you really enjoyed your vacation, Congrats.
