Starting to freak a bit!

One thing I did not see on this thread but did read on this board is a tip that really helped me.
I typed on the computer a list of hotel and PS numbers, location and the dates for each then laminated it with the laminate self stick pockets you get at walmart. Card size. As soon as I knew they were certain and were not going to change I did this and stuck it in my wallet so I could forget about it but have it accessible whenI got there. Worked great!
Also made emergency contact card for my DD5 that she wore in her lanyard pocket. One side I put pic of Mickey and the other side my and DH name cell phone number and hotel name. She wore it Mickey side out but knew if she got lost to go to the "worker" (her words) with the white name tag and give him/her her special tag. (universal "workers"
also use white name tags like CMs which made it simple. Did the same with a spongbob pic.
