Ok, so I started to exercise to lose 25 pounds by Thanksgiving. I eat about 1200 calories a day so with diet and exercise, I am hoping for success. I bought a new pair of running shoes that are hurting the back of my heels. Any suggestions?
Also, any tips are welcome, most of my workouts are on a treadmill.
