What program are you going to do, or are you going to do your own?
My tips would be to journal. No matter what program you are on, writing it keeps you accountable. If you write it, bite it! It is what makes me succesful!
Eat Enough! Don't try to eat too little. This will backfire on you. If your body thinks you are trying to starve it, your metabolism will slow down or stop. It will try to conserve your fat.
Drink water, it helps to flush the bloat and extra water out of your system.
Post here often, even when your down and not doing well. It's a great motivational tool.
