Starbucks Coffee Flood!

Hehe! It's my third week as a Barista at Starbucks and I've brought home 3+ lbs. of free coffee this week alone! I don't know what to do with it all. 2 lbs. of it this week was "expired" by their high standards, so they either throw it out or give it away. The other lb. was my weekly free coffee. It's crazy - I just put on a huge, strong, pot because I'm off today and was starting to feel sluggish because I hadn't had the 3-4 cups I would have had at work.

Free coffee- and you get to drink it free at work I want a job at Starbuck's! I could save a lot if I worked there instead of stopping all the time.

OH MAN that reminds me of the time my roomie in college made COFFEE CAKE and put real COFFEE grounds in it. YUCK!!!

Can you also smuggle out some of those big bottles of the white chocolate mocha? I don't understand why they can't sell that stuff retail. That is my fave!

Hello fellow Barista I work for Starbucks as well! You get to bring home expired coffee? I don't get that perk but I do get a 1lb a week,haha no complaints here!

Pooh - responding to your pm in detail. A Barista is basically the employee who does everything to help run a Starbucks cafe. We make brewed coffee, espresso drinks, cold drinks, clean, etc. Basically we're entry level.
