Star Wars Weekends!

I haven't seen much about the up coming STAR WARS weekend that will star near the end of May and run through the first 2 weekends of June!

Does anyone have anything to add about the up coming event? Since the release of Episode III is May 19th and the event starts soon after it should be something to see!

I have no info, but I'm interested to know too. I just happened upon a week long trip that week (May 16-23). I made the reservations last April to coincide with the end of a conference in Tampa the weekend before. Then I invited a friend who's never been to Disney but is also a sci fi geek. Only later did we discover the premiere of SW was set for that week, and it would be the first SW weekend.

I've never been that time of year and have never gone to a SW weekend. I'm curious to see what it will be like. Hopefully lots of once-in-a-lifetime memories.

There have been quite a few threads with more information that have been started. If you do a search for them, you will find a lot of information about what happened in past events.

I think the full list of celebrity guest was released mid-march last year so it will most likely be about that time again this year

Thanks for the link. We went last year and had a great time. If you have children, they have some really cool special activities just for them.

There are wonderful pictures from the last few years and a review - looking at the pictures was so much fun for my little nephew - got him really excited about battling Darth Vader and Darth Maul - each weekend when he comes we're rewatching another movie !
