Star Wars Weekend???

Our trip happens to fall during Star Wars Weekend. Now please forgive me, but I am not a SW fan, but my daughter is and for her I will brave DHS one of the weekend days.

Now to my question, help I want to make sure she gets as much SW as she wants, so what are the can't miss events that normally occur. She will be turning 23 yr while there, so no kiddies to worry about, just mother and daughter.

Hopefully I will be able to enjoy it as well.

I was really hoping someone would have some great info/tips for me. Did I ask on the wrong forum??
