I know that I was the one that figured out it would be 2x3x3x3 right after they announced there would be 54 variations.

I was replying to the poster who thought there were only 3 variable scenes.

I know. I was just adding additional information

When I first rode it during the soft opening, I asked a cast member about it and she misinformed me that there were 5 segments. I was going crazy trying to figure out how they came up with 54 variations!

..... I rode that thing 5 times and not once did I get the Death Star.... I am quite jealous that you recived it so many times! Haha, other than that, I've seen every other scene atleast once.

This kind of thing is exactly what I mean! LOL. It makes the experience really vary by person in a fun kind of way.

I will see Yoda and Naboo. It's only a matter of time. I'm plotting a return to the parks in the fall. PLOTTING I SAY!

I'm glad to hear there are different experiences with the new Star Tours, We just went May 23, line was not bad at all for a reopening, but wasn't that thrilled with the rehab but I think it has more to do with the fact that i am more familiar with the OLDER starwars movie and not so much with the newer movies.

but excited about seeing the different scenes.

For those of you that have been down recently and experienced the re-opening of Star Tours, did you notice whether the TSM lines were a bit more manageable as a result?

No it was not. Same crazy mess as always.

4 variable segments (from various sources - it will probably be a while before I see it for myself):

Beginning
First flight scene
Communication
Second flight scene

All but the first have 3 possible variations - the Beginning has two.

I've seen it enough time to spoil it for you. I'll put the font white and you'll have to highlight it.

Opening: Either Darth Vader and the skytroopers or a probe droid and the millinium falcon
First warp: Tatoine pod race or Hoth battle or Kashyyk wookie planet
hologram: either Akbar, Yoda, or Leah
second warp: either death star battle of endor with boba fett, or Naboo with Gungans or Curascant
