They meet in Disneys Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney Presents (used to be One Mans Dream). We went in late November/early December when it was VERY quiet and the waits were 5/10minutes.

The meet location is not well advertised (ostensibly for coyright ownership reasons). It's in the back of One Man's Dream. You go through most of the exhibit and 'poof', they are randomly there. Because basically no one knows about it, lines are pretty short. I was there 1st week of January (NOT QUIET) and still waited only 5-10.

Do they have specific times like the characters in World Showcase, or are they available all day like Princess Fairytale Hall?

I didn't see a time listed. Just a sign that said, Back in 10. Or something to that effect.

It was a really short wait.

Their available pretty much all day. I usually always see a sign outside One Mans Dream showing the wait time.

I usually see it's a 10-30 min wait

My daughter met them last week. Almost no wait. In fact, the CMs would come out to where the Star Wars and Toy Story Land displays were and invite people to come and meet them.

No signature or card from Groot, but the Star Lord does sign.

Yeah, it was a busy Saturday when I was there in January, but the line was very short -- I think 10 or 15 minutes. Really great interactions; highly recommend it.

Check the sign. One time when I was there it was just Star Lord. I really wanted to see Baby Groot. I came back later and Groot was back on the sign.
