Standard Rooms at RPR

Where are the Standard Rooms at RPR which would not face a parking lot? Where should I request?

I was there last week in a standard room in Tower 3 ("royal"). Its window overlooked the concrete roof of their convention center structure and a lagoon. It was nicely landscaped, though.
