Stalking DISers.... continue here

Thanks for the update, Mandy. Post pictures when you can. I've read a number of books with Isle of Palms as a setting..

Have a great trip, Wendy!
We are going to Cape May for New Years' Eve and Disney again in June. My sister and her family may come for a few days while we were there - if she feels she can leave my niece with my parents. It's a hard call. If they come, we will get them the discounted rate at the Dolphin.

Dana is busy with her junior year as well - but not in the caliber of classes Daniel is in. She is loving her Honors History class, and is doing well in British Lit and Theology. She's having a much better year in the maths and sciences than she did last year, so that has been a relief. She was appointed Assistant Director for the fall drama "The Taming of the Shrew" so she's been very busy. Still riding - competing in a horse show in two weeks.

Life is good....

Here's some of the pictures I uploaded, I'm not able to resize them on tiny pic so the link will have to do till I can resize them to post.

That's the venue, the sunset from the venue, some pictures from the beach and some of me.

:tink: Reservations made this week. FIVE-PEAT trip to the Dolphin, same time in June. DH was getting meloncholy that this is Dana's last summer before college planning and wants to take her one more time while she's "still a kid"... ::MinnieMo
He's so funny. "Daddy's Little Girl" and all, I think. :cutie:

Last year's trip was "intense" for me, having my parents with us. My sister MAY come with her family for a few days, but I have my doubts on that. She finds it very difficult to leave my invalid niece - and with my parents getting older, she worries it is too much care for them to handle. I guess we shall see. I didn't want to wait for her to make her decision and then have us lose the good airfare or our room discount, so I made our reservations. If it is just the three of us, that is fine, too. :dance3:

JetBlue $89 each way per person. That's really good for Newark to Orlando.

Anyone else returning in June? :cheer2:

Not us either... we are going in 29 days!!!!!! I am trying to talk the ids into a summer trip with the military rates being so cheap for hotel and tickets... but no luck so far.. can you believe it.. they want to work!!!! What kind of children did I raise?????? lol....
