Hi guys! Just checking in... We're back, safe and sound. We arrived home just a little before 11pm last night. Our flight from Orlando was delayed, but SW still got us back to Raldigh around our original scheduled time.

Our trip was descent. We were there to help Matt's parents and grandparents and it seems they had a really good time. We got in lots of shows and rides for them. They don't come back til Thursday, but I know they were able to get in a lot more with us there than if they had been on their own. They LOVED their Wishes Cruise. This was definately a little more of a stressful trip for me, but that's ok. I'm just glad they had a good time. Now, I'm looking forward to May!!!

The downside...I gained 2lbs! :eek: So, it looks like I will up for Biggest Loswer tomorrow. Trying not to let that get me down though. I did get in some miles at Disney--even pushing a wheel chair. Maybe I gained 2 lbs of muscle??? :confused3 Yeah, probably not! :upsidedow

I really need to go to the gym tonight for some XT, but I don't know if that will happen. We got to work really late today since Matt had to meet the guy that bought his bike. Yay!!! No more motorcycle payments!!! I've got get unpacked and start on laundry too.

So...looking into last week... Thurs to Sun were LEISURE walks... slow, but enough to make me a little sore and very tired!!! ;)

Monday: 35 min elliptical, 15 min bike, 15 min Core
Tuesday: 30 min Step, 30 min aquacise
Wednesday: 30 min walk/run
Thursday: Air Travel, 1 mile walk around Disney (MK)
Friday: 1.75 mile walk around Animal Kingdom
Saturday: 1.5 mile walk around Hollywood Studios
Sunday: 1 mile around Epcot/Air Travel

OH...Did I mention we got DREAM Fastpasses!!!! Yipee!!! :lovestruc

Hey Stacie!! Welcome back! Glad to hear you had a nice trip....sometimes trips with the family are more stressful than ones on your own...so I can totally relate to that!

Dream Fastpasses!! That is so awesome!! We got them in December and didn't even use them so I could save them for scrapbooking!

Don't worry about the 2 lbs...as Kim said as soon as you get back into your routine those pounds will come right off!

I'm glad you had a good time, despite it being a bit stressful. I am sure your family appreciated the assistance.

Don't worry about the 2 pounds. It is probably a bit of water retention related to the climat changes and air travel. It will be gone in no time.

Hi guys! Quick drive by...

Just wanted to post no exercise on Monday, but 1hr in the water last night w/ aquacise and aqua pilates.

I'm feeling really non-motivated lately... ugh. Since I registered for the Minnie 15K, I'd better find that motivations somewhere!

It's supposed to be near 80 degrees here today, but rain coming in later this afternoon. I am hoping it will hold off so I could take advantage of this nice weather for my run/walk tonight... Cross your fingers for me!!! I really don't want to have TM tonight.

Still having nice weather? We ended up with nice warm temps today here in Jersey (thanks for sending them for me ;) ).

I'm sure we'd all love to see some pics from your trip! :thumbsup2

So, as much as I wanted to take a nap when I got home yesterday, I threw on my workout gear and went out for a walk/run. I did 1 hr and about 4 miles. 30 min was more walk/running and then the last 30 min was more of a quick leisure pace listening to some Jimmy Buffett and Kenny Chesney. I could of kept on walking to Kenny too, but BIL stopped and asked if I wanted to go eat with them. It was such a nice offer, I couldn't resist. I did realize I really have to work on my pace and endurance. I just ran a 5K and now I can barely run for 4 min! :confused3 Maybe I should go back to C25K!

So, that's about it for me so far...

Thanks for all the encouragment! Work has been HECTIC!!! I'm going to try to get around to journals soon!

Hi Stacie, Your trip sounds fun, trips with family members are always fun in a different sort of way. And as wonderful as they are, they do make you appreciate the ones when its you and your dh! Two pounds could just be some water from the flight, you'll get it off. Great job on the workouts, you are getting right back into it even if you at times haven't felt like it. That is the thing you should really be proud of! Keep up the good work, you are doing so well!:worship:
