SSR? When will the Springs Area open?

I asked this question in the middle of someone else's thread, and I haven't gotten a response, so I thought I would start a new thread.

We'll be there Feb. 6th-13th, I think I requested a DD view, but I wondered if anything other than Congress park will be open? Someone else stated that some of the Springs buildings were looking rather "finished". Just wondering if there is an official opening date?

The first building in The Springs is scheduled for a March opening. I haven't seen the exact date posted.
