SSR vs. BLT - Deluxe Studio Size Question

The size of the room can depend on whether it is on the outer side of the building or on the inner side of the building. The one bedrooms are really noticable. The studios might be, too.
Which rooms are bigger, outer side or inner?

It's not that they're bigger, they're just shaped differently. The studios should be identical; only the one-bedrooms are different. You either get more room in the living room (outer side) or more room in the entry/laundry (inner side).

I have to chime in and say that BLT studios, while technically can sleep 4...you really shouldn't put 4 in them. It's really 2 adults and one kid to be comfortable. 2 adults and 2 kids will be very cramped. It's probably okay for a weekend, but I wouldn't want to be in that setup for more than 2-3 nights.

The SSR rooms have all been very recently renovated and with the fold down murphy-style bed (instead of the sleeper sofa) will make the room more usable when not being used for sleeping. It's easy to fold up the murphy bed to put it away than to fold up the sleeper sofa.

Overall, the SSR room is actually bigger and also is laid out better. I'd recommend SSR over BLT if you've got 4 people.

I've stayed in both - BLT with just DH and the SSR studios with me and both my teenagers. The Murphy bed at SSR is a gamechanger for us and we would choose that every time over a pull-out sofa. The BLT definitely feels smaller but I also liked the galley kitchen. I think if all 4 of us were going, we would not choose BLT and would choose SSR. But also, these days, if all 4 of us were going, we probably wouldn't choose a studio anymore - my kids are just too big now:sad: (unless the studio also had the pull down single)
