Hi,
I have a 0.5% interest in unit 2B at SSR, does anyone know where it actually is and does anyone else on the forum, share this unit?

They list the % and and room number like 46B or such. This is for registering the deed I believe. In reality you own a pc of the whole thing not just a room. When you travel you are not restricted to that 2br unit or SSR for that matter.

Thank you:thumbsup2
But just to clarify I was aware of the usage of my points for any future posts, I'm just curious if anyone knew where it was etc

Where the actual room is that DVD is referring to??? Only they know. Disney sells a certain # of points based on the rooms. Your points were apparently based on a 2 bedroom unit. I'm sure the more experianced DVCer can help clarify this more than I.

Actually, unit2B is not an actual two bedroom unit. It's a portion of a building that probably has several rooms associated with it. As already posted, it's a numbering /identification system Disney uses for the deed. Doubt anyone besides the developer knows the exact location. Might be fun to ask your guide that one sometime, though. :teeth:

Best wishes -

I did some research on this a little while back using the Orange County records system. I only researched enough to figure out what building each unit was in based on the number portion of the unit.

Unit 2B is in the 2nd Congress Park building completed. This building contains all units beginning with 2 thru 9.

As they sell the resort, they declare portions of a building into DVC inventory, and these are called units. For the most part, each unit consists of from 1 to 3 rooms. A more concise location of each unit appears to be available in the documents recorded with Orange County (such as floor, and what portion of that floor), but it does take a bit of time to find it and read thru it.

I own in unit 1F, which is in the first building completed in Congress Park.
