This is an odd question. We are attending the Builders Show at the Orlando Convention Center. BC amd WL are official show hotels and have a shuttle that goes to the Convention Center. When we booked our room, those hotels were full so we are staying at Saratoga Springs. What is the best way to get from Saratoga Springs to one of those hotels early in the morning? Do we have to go to a park? Is there transportation from Downtown Disney? We have a car, but I'm pretty sure it would not be allowed to park at BC or WL and catch the shuttle. Our car would be taking up space for at least 9 hours.

Not possible to park at the convention Center. Those lots are full from the exhibitors and the show doesn't even start until tomorrow!

When you stay at a WDW resort and have a car, they give you a parking permit at check-in to place in your window. You can access any of the parks and resorts at no charge and use their parking for as long as you need it. So you can drive over to BC or WL, the security will let you pass with your parking permit showing in your front window, and you can park and take the shuttle to the Convention Centre.

Close but not quite, some hotels will limit parking to a 3 hour limit for resort guests staying at other Disney hotels(Poly and CR are big on this). You probably can park all day at WL though, since it is not in walking dist of a park. If you ask a the front desk at WL or BC and they tell you they cannot accomodate your car all day your best bet would be to go to the MK(Bus runs about 1 hour before opening) and then catch the bus to WL or BC.

You can park at the parks, but not at the resorts. The resort parking lots have signs that the lots are for the use of guests using that resort and are not to be used to access the parks. Poly, Contemporary and BW all have a lot of parking issues because people park there as a shortcut to the parks. I would assume I likewise shouldn't park there all day to go offsite.

You could take an early bus to the Studios and then walk to the Beach Club, (or boat if the boats are running that early). The first bus should be around 7am.

Or you could take an early bus to the MK, then walk to the Contemporary, and take a boat to Wilderness Lodge.

The early MK buses start at 6:30 am. The first boats that run Contemporary, WL, and Ft. Wilderness start at 6:45 am.
