I am still attracted to OKW vs SSRS.
Fewer points and bigger rooms

A SSRS GRAND VILLA is as large as a OKW GRAND VILLA

KANSAS - regarding the GV - no, it's not as large as the one at OKW from what I saw. It's different in that there is a separate dining room, but the living room is no where near the size of the one at OKW. Bedrooms/baths also appeared somewhat smaller. That is not to say that it is not stunning, because it is! Overall though, from what I saw two weeks ago, it's smaller. The balcony, also, if I remember correctly is off of the dining room, not the living room. Someone correct me if this is wrong.

balcony/deck or whatever you call it is off the dining rom. One thing I heard a Guide tell other visitors when we were showing ourselfves around is that the Grand Villa has surround sound in the living room area. thought was kind of nice. Also love the outside entrance for the upper floor.

I'm kinda curious why DVC decided on a "smallish" balcony only off the dining room in the GV. I would have thought they would have either put 2 balconies or a larger one.
