SSR resale prices?

Have not looked at resale prices in a good while - wow $120 a point is tempting to sell. What did I miss

DVC is in demand, hotel prices keep going up, DVC keeps looking more attractive. SSR has the best cost of ownership.

I paid 125 a point for BLT in July 2017. Pretty sure I could sell right now and break even, including dues spent since then. I won't though.

If you want to sell, it's a good time to, but you could easily just rent your points out, cover your dues and put a little extra towards a different vacation.

I was thinking the same thing! We bought just as the pandemic struck last March and closed at $95/point and SSR was the black sheep of DVC ownership. Seeing $120/point being the current ask is surreal just a year later.

SSR really doesn't get the credit it deserves.

People look down on SSR - its a large resort, but its near Disney Springs and just had/undergoing a refurbishment.

I just think it deserves more credit than it gets.......

No new construction and, well, then there's RIV, which doesn't exactly have buyers lined up around the block. They aren't making new used hotels, so ROFR is running wild.

Not a bad time to sell, for sure, if you think your family is over it.
