SSR resale opinion

I can get an SSR resale (February Use) with 237 point to use in in the 07 use year then 220 from there on out for 83 a point...Is this a good deal or should I continue to hunt?

A "good deal" is in the eye of the beholder. It is less than what DVC is currently charging so it's good in that regard for sure. You have to compare many things to determine if it's a good deal for you. Home resort? Financing? Use year month? Number of Points?
