SSR Price per Point

I would like to know what is the current rate per point for SSR. We will be visiting BWV in less than two weeks and I would like to plan accordingly.

Base price is $95 per point. Recent posts have indicated that DVC is selling SSR contracts with points that do not become available until mid-2005. In these situations, you can either take a flat $10 per point discount, or they compensate you with Developers Points for 2004 which must be used by 12/31/04.

Add-ons are still available at the sold-out resorts for $84 each, although you will likely have to go onto a waiting list to obtain the points. You also don't get the benefit of the 12 more years at resorts other than SSR.

Once you take a tour, you have 3 days to make decision in order to get the "incentive". I heard that Disney is pretty strict about that "rule"...
