SSR preferred rooms location

Which buildings or sections are considered "preferred"? Also, is there a map or something that shows the preferred sections for SSR as well as the other resorts?

Preferred: Springs and Congress Park Sections
Standard: Grandstand, Paddock, and Carousel Sections

 

[disneynutz]

Springs is the area where the feature pool and lobby is located. Congress Park is closest to DS and the floating walkway to DS.
