SSR add on question

Hi everyone,

my df and i currently own 160 points at SSR and were thinking of adding on 40 points this year.

Does anyone know if there are any deals on? Or what the current rate per point is?

Also our use year is Dec so if we purchase before Dec do we get to keep Dec as our use year? And is there a possibility of them backdating points? (i only ask as they did this when we originally purchased)

Just added 100 pts last week. 104 dollars a point, no incentives.
You will keep the same use year and should get this years points as well.

Thank you... wondering if we should hold off until any deals on, although we would buy at 104pp

Do you think there will be any deals for the new tree villas at SSR?

May be wrong but I think the treehouse villas are going to be part of SSR and not sold as seperate resort. SSR owners will have 11 month booking advantage and I think they will have the same points use as a 2 br at SSR.
Folks on the main DVC board may know a bit more, hope this helps.
