Looking at starting the process, but, curious how it works. Not sure which one I should, maybe, apply for.
He just received a diagnoises of aspergers, ADHD and ODD. He is 8 years old. What are the derterming factors, does it have to affect his life in a certain percent? Is this based on income, if so, is it mine and step dads, or mine and biological dad? Also is child support factored in? I currently do not work, I stay at home with my son.
