I haven't done this offer cause it seemed like it was really not worth the effort. I hope everyone is able to cancel it ok and it ends up being worth your time!

Has anyone successfully cancelled this one yet? I have emailed them a couple of times and have not even gotten an automated response.

I sent them an e-mail and got the same e-mail. I'm on hold with then now. Their waiting around music is way to loud, it is hurting my ears. They have finally answered and ask me to hold while they cancel, so more of that loud music. But they will cancel account in 4 hours and refund my $20.00.
Now will I lose the credit from SR? I did get the resturant certificate I picked some place near where we will be staying Orlando this summer, so even if I do lose the credit I'm still ahead of the game.

I'm actually starting to think that we might not lose the credit. I would say that we will know by about Tuesday. It won't affect your quarterly total if you need it on their for SM status.

Did anyone have any more luck with the cancellations??? I am not sure if this one will be worth it. I will wait to hear...if all works out regardless if they take back the credit there are a couple local restaurants for me and if it is ok. Thanks for being the "tryers"

Thank you for contacting Pingo. For cancellation concerns, please contact our customer service line at 1888-878-8838. Hours of operation are Monday through Sunday 10:00 am - 12 midnight EST.

On the menu they did not have a choice for cancellation so I just picked a number. I think #3. Hope that helps.

After I called and cancelled (number in Previous post), I got credited my $20 pretty quickly.
