Has anyone shopped through this site before? It seems like a great deal and I might as well buy the next round of Heartgard through them. Did it credit fast

Kind of OT -- Does heartgard have an expiration date? Princess won't actually need anymore for almost another year. princess:
 
I did this offer today because I needed more heartguard anyway. It was my first purchase with the company. When you order, use the code that was with the e-mail. You not only get a $5 free gift ($5 toward future purchase) with your order, but also free shipping, and $5 off your order. I thought it was a pretty good deal actually, seeing that I'll get all that and the $7 credit from SR. Keep those offers coming!!!
 
Oh I am so doing this offer. We have 4 dogs!!! I don't know if there's an expiration, but being you can buy 6 months at a time it probably has a pretty long shelf life.
 
When did the $5 come off your order? I put the code in but it is only showing the $5c for future use? Is there a miniumim amount that must be in the card first?

I don't know if there was a minimum or not, but I only spent like $37 or something like that, and when it calculated the total, it came up $32 and change. Go figure??
 
I tried using the code on some cat treats and it came up as "invalid". Sent a Trouble Tix to SR about it not working.

I tried to do this one yesterday but found out that there is a $20 minimum. I had only ordered something like $15 worth of stuff and at checkout the code didn't credit me. I called customer service and learned about the $20 minimum. I wish that would have been in the ad somewhere.
 
We haven't been dealing directly with PetCareRX but rather a third party on this ad. I emailed our contact last night to see why I am not seeing money coming through. I just saw the first sale come through today. I'll let everyone know as soon as I hear from her. If I do not hear by the end of the day today, I am going to pause the offer.
 
I got a couple of credits yesterday and today. If you do not see yours by tomorrow afternoon, definitely file a ticket. :sunny:
 
Has everyone who ordered gotten their credits now? I still haven't ordered b/c I wanted some other people to be guinea pigs first! :D
 
Just wanted everyone to know I got an e-mail from Petcarerx the other day. They actually called my vet to make sure it was ok to dispense heartguard to me. Since my dog is due for her heartworm test on Tuesday, the vet's office wouldn't let them dispense it to me!! I was shocked...I can buy this product at any number of other online sites. Anyway, I had to call them and talk to customer service. They told me to call back after the dopg's appointment on Tue. and they would call the vet back to get the ok to ship. I found the whole thing very odd! Anyway, I guess it will be a while yet before I see credit for this!
 
Because the third party that gave me the offer did not respond to my email, I posted it publicly on a forum where all of the advertisers hang out. :mad: That should get their attention.

What I am seeing is that people who purchases Christmas-related things tend to be getting their credits. People who purchased prescriptions are not. But the advertiser never stipulated that the offer was not for prescriptions and the prescriptions were clearly featured in their ad. So I am arguing to them that they need to make good and pay on all of the people who made any purchases.

They will probably not be online this weekend, but I am guessing that as soon as they see that I posted what a crock it was on that message board that I will be getting an email first thing Monday morning. LOL!
 
Good news!! They responded on the message board today that they had a slight tracking "glitch" and that they found 13 sales that belong to me. Hopefully they will include your id numbers when they give them to me. They said it would take 1-2 days. If you do not get your credit by Thursday afternoon, fill out a trouble ticket (although I think most of you already have) and I will match up the confirmation emails with the credits manually.

I have to say that I am very impressed with this company. Compared to some of the others that never respond when I complain about us missing credit, getting all of the credits within 48 hours is huge.
 
Add me to the list of those waiting for a PetRX credit. Will wait until Thursday and if I don't get the credit by then will fill out a trouble ticket. Just got the e-mail yesterday that they had shipped my order.
 
Received my order yesterday (and the $5-off Coupon) but not seeing the credit. Will also hold off until Thursday before bothering the folks at SR!

I've just recently joined and I must say, I'm quiet impressed! :cheer2:

Just wanted to add a note to this -
I received my rewards on SunshineRewards just fine, and I received my order (finally). Half of the order was missing - wasn't even on the packing slip, but it was in my confirmation e-mail so I know I ordered it. I am going to check my bank transactions tomorrow to see if I was charged for the missing items. I've e-mailed them about the problem and asked them for the rest of my order. Will probably call them tomorrow too. No one contacted me about a backorder/out of stock/order cancellation or anything. Kind of disappointed with PetCareRx.
