SR logs me out while I complete surveys?

I've been a TT and CD participant for 2 months now.
Because of reading all the excitement here about the SR site I decided to give it a try this morning.
I had joined a while ago, so all I did was log in and it welcomed me by name, and I began...........
I completed 3 surveys (the kind where you enter your zip or email addy and then answer a few questions)
When I finished and clicked on "Move to Pending" I got a message that said, "You must be a member and logged in to view this page." So I had to go back, log on by entering email and p'word and then go back to offers and click "move to pending" then it went through. Too much work for 40 cents!
This happened 3 times.
What's up? This doesn't happen on the other GPT sites I've used. I don't take very long to complete the surveys...maybe 2-3 mins. Why is it doing this? BTW: I'm using Internet Explorer.


PS- I tried to contact SR about this and the option is down temporarily......something about SPAM.

I've never had this happen. By the way, the 40 cent things that you are doing are not considered surveys - they are offers. Daily surveys pay a little more than that, but also take alittle more time.

Ooops, sorry. I was going by the phrase that kept coming up as I was doing them: "Just ** more questions to complete the survey." and then at the end it says, "Thank you for completing the survey." ..........so I thought it was a survey. Just a newbie, still getting used to the "lingo"!

Did you clear your cookies before each offer? Sometimes when I do that I get knocked out and I know other sites don't seem to do that. So what I do now is clear my cookies and then go log in and complete the offer. If that is not your problem I might go to the SR forum and go to the technical area and ask there.

Mine does that too...I clear my cookies and then go, log in and complete the offer.

Yes, I do clear after each offer.
So I should wait until I've clicked "move to pending" and THEN clear my cookies?

you also do not want to clear your cookies to fast. The company has to be able to check your computer. I usually wait 20-30 minutes, longer if I can.

I was wondering about that myself when I first started- I didn't want to clear too soon. I would only clear after each "session" on GPT's. Then I read here that people clear after each offer. So I started doing that. So confusing!

It IS confusing. I usually clear it after each offer but wait 20-30 minutes. There are times I do more then one offer. Those times are when I KNOW the offers are not run by the same company. You will get a feel for that after you have been around awhile.

GOOD LUCK. This all will become second nature. Promise
