Tricia-Do we forward you the email? I sent a trouble ticket in yesterday(one week out). What do you mean by "headers"?

I find the easiest way to get the headers that I need is to act like I am going to forward the email and then just copy everything from there. So the headers would be all of the junk at the top like the date, from email address, to email address, etc.

And thanks for the props, Clydenora. I do try to stay on top of things (especially sneaky merchants), but it can get a little overwhelming sometimes. Especially when we have an offer where we are paying out a lot of money for and the merchant doesn't come through on their end. Everyone involved gets a little cranky (especially MEEEE!!).
 
My computer knowledge is not so great...that being said...how do I forward that to you? Is there an email address to send it to? Thanks for your help!
 
My 13yo DS just helped me!:confused3 Thank God the kids know how to do this stuff! Hopefully now we can figure out the credit-$12 is a lot!

Is mine one of the 3 you are counting as not crediting? I signed up on Fri. Apr. 27. I got an order number & confirmation screen after I signed up, but never got a confirmation email--I wonder if it actually went through or if I should try it again?
