Chapter 35. Donald comes untucked and stuffing the ice.
well from that title you may think we are getting close to thanksgiving, but that is not the case.
although duck stuffing does sound pretty tasty.
anywho lets get on with this.
we left FOTLK and made our way across the street to visit our man donald.
we are 2 people back in line and donald goes in to get a snack...when he comes out, the lady behind us went to over to the handler and says umm i think donald is having an "issue" he was coming untucked...she had to guard him on the way back in so no one could see, but the back of his "head" was not tucked in and you could see the inside fabric part.
so he ran back in to get a quick snack and came back out all healed up.
if i had my photopass CD i would share a pic, but i can not find the second disk right now.
on to our next character interaction...we head to see pooh and friends.
and man was it getting hot now.
we did not have a problem with letting parker us the mister fan that we brought with us (6 bucks at
walmart)
he really enjoyed it, and loved getting wet.
the line was only about 5 minutes but he was still excited to see his buddies, here he is up on the railing waving to them.
metting pooh just like old times.
likewise i have some good photopass ones, but not with me.
trying to get eeyore to take the pen.
every kid loves tiger.
even candi, who had parker stand to the side so she could get next to him in the picture.
while we were doing this, my parents were on everest...so we told them to meet us by the beastly bazzar for the parade, we got a great spot across from it, which was not crowded and in the shade.
when they got there candi and i went to get some cold drinks...there was a nice little tub there with water in it and ice.
well everyone was grabbing the ice and doing different things with it, putting it in drinks, putting it in mister fans...various things
what does my wife do.
she stuffs it in her bra and breaths a sigh of relief.
i told her she could take her top off if she was that hot, but she hit me and said no she didnt want to get kicked out of the park, as much as glenn would have liked to see that she wasnt doing it.
so with cold drink in hand and candis ladies cooled off...we went back to our spot.
parker got even more soaked with the mister fan which was fine with us he was having a ball, and drank down one of those whole cups sitting behind him.
to prove we stayed for hte parade, here is a pic of it.
our main men chip and dale were coming through.
Side Note: You know your kid loves disney when he says his prayers at night, and he adds disney characters between saying who he is thankful for.
an FYI: donald, chip and dale, and lighting mcqueen are up there every night.
after the parade we made our way to chester and hesters, where for the first time i actually realized (partly because of secrets book, that if you look down you see many things that show the area they set up in was once a parking lot for there roadside attraction.

riding the dino spin ride.
not once but about 3 times since the line was so short once it was over we just ran around and got on right away again.
gonna pick up many chicks with that ride son.
we met up with my parents after they road dinosaur and headed to the tiger trek area, we thought about FP's for kali, but they were gone and the wait was 50 minutes so we opted out since dinner was close.

he then came over to the shade and kicked another out so he could have it, the roar he gave her was huge, and she moved right away.
the walk of shame back to the pool on her own.
he claimed his spot in the shade to relax.
up next we go to a first for dinner.
and we almost get run over by a rhino.
