Thanks so much for the feed back! We plan to do a Epcot/Mk day on our last day but we'll doing a Boma Breakfast and an Ohana Dinner the same day. So F&W could be our lunch but not too much of it. Also we are doing dinner at Via Napoli on our AK day but I'm sure we will be too full of pizza and tiramisu afterwards.

Your right the break for sure doesn't seem long enough. But San Angel was Andy's only restaurant request so for sure want to do it. I will definitely be aiming to be at San Angel for 11:30 and maybe we can be heading out of the park by 12:30-12:45. I shouldn't need to change my ADR to 11:30 though right? Also thinking...maybe we can miss Wishes an just do it on our last night after Ohana. Waiting till our last night to do Wishes though is hard. I love seeing it!!! Or maybe just do less F&W, once the menus come out we can go through it and just mark the Must-Do's. Whatever gets missed we can hit up on the last day. So it might work out, its also nice cause we can play it by ear and decide onsite of we should miss Wishes/less F&W.

But it makes me feel a bit better that you think it still possibly doable, depending on our resort break!

....or we can add a day on to our trip!!!! Okay that probably won't happen.

Yes to the Must-Do food list at F&W! I am going to be making my own as soon as it comes out! But yeah, I feel like your day is definitely accomplishable (pretty sure that isn't a word)! I think you can totally make the decision in the moment about whether you want to watch Wishes or stay at F&W. Whatever you choose it will be perfect for you guys!

Can't really comment on the plan because I've found for me it works better to just stay in one park all day.... but I'm also a solo traveler! But I would think it still work for you. Sounds fun! And just the thought of AKL makes me all happy. I've never been there... but it's on my bucket list for sure!

I would love to do F&W one day... but the crowds and heat scare me off.

Honestly its almost like putting on slippers, no need to break them in. I think ankle wick-a-away socks though would be needed for hot sticky weather. Yeah, Crocs should make their tag line 'Ugly but super comfy'

If this was a solo trip I wouldn't be worried too much either but want to make sure DBF has a good time and we don't over do it. Really want him to have such a fantastic time that by the end of the trip he's asking when we can come back!! Hee!

You could absolutely handle F&W just plan to attend the end of it, it goes into November I think right? So cooler temps and just never go on a weekend to Epcot lol . Something to think about for your next trip!

The thought of AKL makes me happy too!

Wow, I just looked at my last post was on June 8th?! Really? I didn't think it had been that long ago! Bad Amber!! But you know what they say...

Of course now that all the big stuff is done it's a little quiet until FastPass+ time in August. (I may end up saying this every post until August, lol).

Yikes, last night though I was on easywdw and saw the new time schedules posted which included October!!?? So a few days ago I had seen Josh had posted changes but I had thought they were just for July. Nope, its everything.

Remember my Epcot day that I was asking for advice on cause we were going to do Epcot with a mid day break, back to Epcot and then head to MK for Wishes and EMH? Well EMH is now cancelled that day. Oh boy. Now we could still leave to catch Wishes but just seems like more of a hassle if it means we cut Food&Wine short and don't get the EMH.

After thinking it over we're still going to do the mid-day break but we can take a little more time now and not be stressed about getting back within a certain period of time to Epcot. Since we don't need to leave to head to MK we'll probably stick around till just before Illuminations and then head out before the crowds, or if we want we can watch Illuminations. We can just play it be ear. Hmmm...I'm starting to like this plan...or lack thereof?!

But we are missing Wishes still so we need to get that in elsewhere. We have two possibilities. After our Animal Kingdom day we are heading to Epcot for Via Napoli for dinner so we could potentially head to MK after depending on what time we are done. For sure on our last day we will catch Wishes, we have a 6:45 ADR at Ohana(If I can I will try and pull it in to an earlier time now but so far no luck) and then head to MK for Wishes and EMH!!! Previously there was no EMH for this night but thats what they moved it too when they took it from my Epcot day. We should have enough time to make Wishes with a 6:45 Ohana ADR right? (Incase I can't get something earlier)

Now not really trip related but is still Disney, Andy and I ended up upgrading our iPhone 4's to 5c's last week. Our phones were just so slow as all the apps now seemed to be optimized for the 5's. And since our contracts were up it was free! Only paid the connection fee. Now that we have new phones we need new cases!! And wow, not a lot of selections out there in the stores so I hit the interwebz and still hard to find something(And let me say that a problem with the stock in the stores is that most of it is for the 5s, which was annoying). Then I found Society6. Wow! They have some beautiful things on there! Some beautiful Disney things!! Going to link the sites...

Looved this Pocahontas. Just gorgeous!

And one day I will own this print of Up! Adventure is out there!

I can't say much about the quality of the products on the website but they are gorgeous. I'll let you know how my case works out when I get it. I didn't end up getting the Pocahontas one but it was close. I may end up getting it as a second one at some point.

And that is what I will leave you with for now. I'll be off on tuesday for Canada Day and think I will be doing a recs post or just typing out a new, more detailed, day to day, cause its fun to day dream about it.

Originally I had been planning on watching the fireworks from the beach but that was going to be when it was our second time to see Wishes and we weren't doing the EMH there. But who knows, we may prefer to just chill at the beach and watch it then. Can't wait to find out what we end up doing! lol

We had a few hours change on our trip as well. Now I am hoping to switch an Epcot and a Magic Kingdom day but I have an Epcot ADR that needs to be changed if we do that and there are no openings on the day I need to change it to. I'm really hoping one will open up so I can make the switch.

Well it seems that this week is the week for changes! After the EMH changes I had a voice mail yesterday from Southwest that a change had been made to our flight and to call them back to confirm if it doesn't work for us. oooh really?!! We'll just see about this?!

They don't actually tell you what the change is of course. But thankfully they did advise they sent an email.

Originally we were leaving at 8:05am to land at 10:35am, which worked for us. We could get up at the usual 5:30-6am (well for me but Andy's not too far behind most days) so its not like our last few trips of being up at 3-4am to be at the airport. Also makes for a less tired first day.

Turns out they pulled in departure to 6:35am and landing at 9:15am. Well just thank goodness they didn't push it out which was my first fear. Not a fan of having to get up at 4-4:30am now but on the bright side it does mean more Universal time now!

Also, I had been planning doing a grocery and/or booze stop going from Cabana Bay to AKL but since I asked for pick up at 8am probably not a lot of places to get liquor at that time. So I'm going to ask our service to make the booze stop from the airport to Cabana Bay which will work better. So all in all its really not a bad change, I'm just not a morning person. lol But then again I will be going to Disney so I'm sure I'll be annoyingly bouncy.

So I had planned on posting some other odds and ends but as usual the day got away from me. Its 5pm already! ** vay! Plus I can't remember exactly what I had planned on posting. I really should learn to make notes when I think of stuff!

I will say Happy Canada Day! I'm starting a new tradition of a shot of maple syrup on Canada Day! Hee!! I recommend it for all nationalities though!!

I'm joining in! I'm also taking a trip in "October"; and I've stayed at AKL before and LOVED it.I hope you don't have any major changes that I didn't read through when I was reading your PTR! I tend to skim! But I'm here from now on!
