Spring break 2024 at DVC studio - garden/pool view

I know that the BWI is undergoing refurbishment and the inn side is nearly done. I'm worried that we will have tons of construction on the DVC side for Spring break next year. Anyone have any insight? We already booked the room for 7 nights. We won't be moving the plans, just wondering what to expect. The main/common areas will be all done, right?

I’m pretty sure the lobby and Belle Vue Lounge areas are finished, so I think that leaves only the guest rooms, unless there are other common areas I’m forgetting.

Following along as we have DVC rooms booked at Boardwalk for spring break as well. I am hoping the construction will be done by then. The Cake Bake Shop will be complete and open and the work they're doing on the Boardwalk should be finished. I'm not sure about the DVC room refurbishment timeline, but I think I've seen that it looks like it starts this fall and will go through February or March based on the room availability tool. I'm still anxiously awaiting the concept art for the new rooms.
