Thanks! So does anyone have any cool QSFB stories to share?

What are the places of choice to work at in QSFB?

I worked at Casey's Corner in the MK when I did QSFB. I loved the costume- it was a baseball outfit!

You could be working in one of the parks, one of the resorts, one of the water parks, and maybe DTD (not sure about that one). There are 2 different types within QSFB- QS and ODF. QS is where you could be at one of the counter-service restaurants (like Casey's, Cosmic Rays, ect). ODF is where you could be at one of the carts or snack windows.

Hm, I'll hope for QS just because I'd like to work in one of the small little restaurants, but then doing the carts would be fun as well! hm, i'm excited either way!

I actually, instead of QS, decided on FS as my top choice. I'm better in an actual restaurant environment and have lots more experience there. That's what I really hope I get placed in.

If I end up doing QS I really want to serve ice cream I don't know why I just think that would be really fun!

If I had been in FL longer last summer, there was a chance I could have been crossed-trained at the Main Street Ice Cream Parlor. I think that would have been fun.

It just seems like a good job. People eating ice cream are happy so you would have happy customers Plus, it would be nice and cool and it would smell good all day long. Although I might get hungry being around all that ice cream!

That's true. The only bad part is that the costume is a dress (and I do not do dresses!).

Yeah. It's a long green and white striped dress (plus it comes with a little hat-thing).

Plus that is the reason I have loved my last 3 roles (none used dresses). In merchandise, I mostly was in pants. But I had to wear this horrible dress when I was sent to Liberty Square for 2 weeks (it was so heavy and long, I almost killed myself going up and down the stairs!).

I'm the same way (if you couldn't guess).

Plus I can't wear any type of heels.

Oh I feel on that one. I live in my Reef sandals and all I do is complain when I have to wear heels.

I was wondering - I know you aren't supposed to take tips but what if you're part of mousekeeping or a bell hop and someone gives you a tip. Will you be fired for taking it?

I am not positive. But I believe mousekeeping can accept tips (I'm pretty sure it's only FSFB that can't take tips).

yes! seems like everyone else hates it. i guess i would have to see it though to decide for sure haha. but it sounds kinda cute!
