Spooktacular bfast and show

Is there a character themed bfast every Oct during Spooktacular? Can anyone tell me about it please?

Also, every Oct do they offer an Elmo show?

During the holidays and special times of the yr they have the sesame street shows.

The spooktacular bfast is during halloween time. Not sure but I think last yr was the first yr it was offered. Its a character bfast with the count being the main character.
