After many, many visits to WDW, we finally ate at Rose & Crown. I don't know why it took us so long, but it was great. We had chicken and pork for main courses with sticky toffee for dessert. Watched Illuminations between dinner and dessert.
We ate at both restaurants last year and enjoyed them equally but for different reasons. Best food-Spoodles / Best atmosphere-Rose and Crown.
Sorry to confuse matters more!

well, I'll confuse matters more for myself now!! How about Chefs de France vs. those other two??? DH and I are going for our anniversary without the kids and looking probably for atmosphere more than anything! Thanks!!

Never been to Chefs but I know Rose & Crown is my DH absolute favorite. If your DH is a pub type who loves beer then this will be right up his alley. I love the different food choices and it is a good spot to see Illuminations.

Two different experiences...we love both! If you are already at Epcot, Rose and Crown is a great choice, but if you're looking to get away from the park, Spoodles is very yummy and has a great atmosphere.

One of the negatives about Chefs is that some of the seating is really "squished" next to other diners; tends to take something away from the atmosphere. If you're wanting French food, plus "atmosphere", go upstairs to Bistro..........more adults vs. kids, and somewhat better seating.
