So it was DEFINITELY not Locke? I'm SO confused as usual

Nope, it was the guy at the very beginning that was sitting with Jacob. He found his loophole with a fake Locke and an angry Ben.![]()
I think it was the guy he was talking to at the beginning of the show.
I was not paying really good attention tonight but I know there were a few things, should have written them down, that made me go "hmmm"
wow I feel like a moron--so sad! I LOVE Locke!
oh. my. JACOB! What was that?!?! Such a good episode, now I can't wait for 2010! I wish it just came back on in the fall, but then it would it would be over sooner too. I knew that wasn't Locke this whole episode, I kept saying, "That's not Locke..." Oh I wonder what hapens after the kaboom!!!!!
How did you and the other people on here know it wasn't Locke? I had no clue!
Plus, I didn't think that they would have an entire episode entitled "Dead is Dead" for no reason.
Vincent, Rose and Bernard!!!![]()
I saw that Destiny Found thing, quite interesting.
Does anyone know what language they were speaking?
I looked up Egyptian Gods and some that stood out to me are Amun, the God of Creation, and when I clicked on Ammit it went to Annubis who was the guide of the dead!

"What lies beneath the statue?"
"ille qui nos omnes servabit" which means...."He who will save us all"
Anubis was shown as a hieroglyphic on the wall near where Smokey emerged. They did a quick shot of the image and it was Anubis facing Smokey. Anubis has the head of a dog so the statue is not him. Horus has the head of a bird and Tawaret has the head of a hippo (and a very pregnant belly) so it's not them. Sobek has the head of a crocodile and is usually shown holding an ankh. Bingo!
I'm thinking that this whole thing is a God vs. Satan kind of thing, but with the Egyptian god equivalents.
