Where is this officially mentioned as a purchase perk?

I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, officially. I was just told by my guide after purchasing.

I have not and I forgot to ask my guide where in vdh it is but I will! If I cant find it at the resort looks like im going to have to wait a while to see it unless someone posts it here because you dont get it mailed to you until after approximately 30 days after closing and it may take 30 days to arrive! I cam expect it in May or June! Also the Anniversary Artwork page said it is valued at $375 so I am happy with my choice to go with the new incentive period!

Im sorry disboards attachments always show blurry for some reason. The paper when signing states that you need to put at least 10% deposit to qualify, it is valued at $375, it will be mailed 30 days after closing and can take 30 days to arrive, add on and new members can qualify, it is a limited edition, 1 anniversary artwork per membership, and you must meet all your financial obligations to receive it

Without seeing it or knowing anything about it, I wonder if the artist is June (Eunjung) Kim. She has presented art at the Festival of the Arts and Wonderground Gallery for several years now. I do like her style, it is quite cute and whimsical (similar to Joey Chou).

Oohh good catch!I would bet that this is her. Has the last name my guide gave me that is the artist and is very similar to joey chou, I can totally see this hanging up at vdh and fitting right in. I am going to send her the screenshot of the Instagram and ask and also ask if its that small world print!

There is an extra docs fee around $250 per contract.

Extra doc fee and closing cost which can be offset greatly by waiving title insurance. Waiving title insurance brought my closing costs down to $31 plus $250 doc prep fee per contract.

It is called the Villas at Disneyland Hotel Anniversary Artwork and it states that you have to purchase at least 150 vacation points at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel

If this round there's anniversary, visa and d23 its $50 more than when I bought (150 points) So to justify any purchase (for me) that print would need to be in the 4 figure range. Darn.
