Splitsville Dining ADR

I was under the impression that Splitsville does NOT take ADR's for dining only. In one of my conversations with Dining about my ADR's, I asked about Splitsville for dining ONLY, and said I'd assumed they did NOT do ADR's there. The cm did an ADR there for me.

I can't find ANY info about that actually being the case for dining only. I looked online, and it said it didn't. Is this a new thing that they can make an ADR on the phone?
