I have 2 mde accounts. The first has our 5 night stay with 10 day ph. Our 60 day window just opened & I was able to make fp reservations for only the days I'm staying at that first resort ( 5 days) I have another reservation that starts 4 days after check out of the first resort. This is in another mde account & doesn't have tickets on that account so how can I make fp for the second resort stay?

Thanks for any help!

I don't think you can make FP+ ahead time for the last part. You will have to do it day. You might still be able to do it on the phone, but day of.

You need tickets on both accounts to make fp for them
So you eitehr need to put the reservation on the account with the tickets or you need to buy more tickets

Just curious why do you have two MDE accounts? If you linked them together I'm not positive but, would like to think that you would be able to make FP+ for the second part of your stay at 60 days out from the second check in.

I read this below to get an extra set of mb to get the sdfp. I'm assuming that it is bc there is a break in my dates?

"If you're already planning a split stay at two different resorts on the same trip, make each one under a separate MDE account. Then link your tickets to MDE #1 so that you can prebook FP+ on those MBs at 60 days out. You can then use the separate (unticketed) MBs from MDE #2 for SDFP+ in the parks. That second set of MBs will open the resort room door, but it won't get you into the parks, since your tickets are on the first set of bands. And your prebooked FP+ will be booked on the first set. Having the wrong band can be pretty frustrating (as when you can't get back into your room because you took the wrong band with you when you ran down to the pool). And of course you need to carry both sets to the parks."

I have a second account with extra MBs too, but I have never booked a hotel on it. I think people usually cancel the reservation on the second account. I am not condoning this or judging it, just telling you what I have seen people do. You can only book same day FP+ with the bands on the second account. You could probably book them on your phone now instead of having to go to a kiosk on that day. If you do cancel the second reservation, you might be able to add those days to your first reservation. If you want to use those other bands for extra FP+ then don't link those accounts.

The above info is correct.

After your checkout day from Stay #1, your FP booking window begins rolling.

60 days before the check-in day of Stay #2, you'll be able to book FPs for that day. You'll have to book for each day as your 60-day window rolls forward.
