Split Stay- Free Dining Question

I'm sure this has been asked before so I'm sorry. I couldn't find an answer. We are staying at CSR in November. For the first 3 days of our trip, we used a UOC for a room only. For the second 4 days, we got free dining with a package (8 day park tickets). Is it possible to add the dining plan to the first part of the trip? It probably won't save us a lot, if any, but at least we would have our refillable mugs for the whole trip.

I think you need to get a package to add dining. So it wouldn't be available for room only. I just booked room only at AKL ahead of out FD trip in Dec and wasn't given the option to add dining.

A dining plan can be added only to a package reservation. Since you have tickets attached to your second reservation you can call to book a ticketless package. Whether the UOC can be applied to the room rate portion of the package depends on the terms and conditions of the UOC. The ticketless package will follow all the rules of a package and not the rules of a room only reservation. You have to call to book the ticketless package.
