Split Stay and Groceries

My husband and I will be at Disney the end of August. We are staying 3 nights at Port Orleans then 3 nights at all star movies. On the day we switch resorts we will be heading to epcot for the day so we were going to drop off our bags with bell services in the morning to be delivered to the new resort. My concern is that we were going to have some cold items for groceries. Will bell services hold and transport the cold grocery items?? Anyone been in a similar situation?? Thanks in advance!

Yes. We did a split stay between PVB and BCV. When we gave them our bags we told them which items need to be refrigerated.

You took the items down to bell services? I had the same question? I was going to take a thermal bag.

Yes Bell Services will refrigerate anything you need

We try to separate the items that require refrigeration into one or two bags and let the bellperson know they need to be kept cold. They do a great job with this.

A few years back we were moved from one resort to another due to some mechanical issue and by the time we got to the “new” resort it was pretty late. Our bags were delivered, but not our groceries. I asked if they could be delivered to our room in the morning and it was no problem. Everything that required refrigeration was appropriately cold.
