Splash pad height limit

I under the splash pad had a height limit of 49 inches. My 8 yo is small for her age and is 47 and change now but will most likely be over 48 on our trip. Are they strict with enforcing this, especially given the fact that she is older?

I don’t have a definitive answer for you but in my experience at Fort Wilderness and Disney in general is that they are conflict averse. if you child is playing safely and not impacting the enjoyment of others in the splash pad they probably aren’t going to bother you. Park rides are a different situation of course and they are very strict with height on those.
