Splash Mtn in January?

Is Splash Mtn always closed in Jan/February? I've been to wdw the past 2 yrs in Jan/Feb and it was closed both times. We are looking to go again this coming Jan, and I was wondering if it will be closed again.

I think it is closed yearly for maintenance at that time.
