Spirit Airlines - Boxed Meals

Has anyone flown Spirit Airlines lately? I understand they offer a boxed meal now for $$. Does anyone know how much they are? What are they offering for breakfast and dinner.

I am just wondering if we should bring our food on or not.

We flew Spirit out of AC NJ last month and we had a soda and pretzels! They did have a snack pack you can purchase, I think it was 4.95. No food or box meals, just snack food.

So they are still giving you the soda and pretzels on the flights. That is good to know.

If you go to the Spirit Air web site you can click on "snacks" and it shows a picture of the box and what's in it for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Hope that helps.
