I purchased airline tickets online at Spiritair.com back in September 2003 for travel in April 2004. You are supposed to be able to select your seats online on their Web site. When I tried, I couldn't even login to my reservation in September. When I called their support center back in September, they said that they were in the midst of upgrading the online system and it should be available in a few weeks. Well, here we are in January 2004, and guess what? Same problem. This time I am within 90 days of my flight. I called the reservation center again and was told the same thing. I had them verify that they actually had a valid reservation for me and they do. Has anyone been successful in selecting seats online at Spiritair.com?
