Spirit Air Fares - $1 & $5 good thru today

did anyone else get the special email re these fares? i can't believe them! cities are limited and the dates are limited, but orlando is in there for $1 or $5. maybe this will help someone plan a surprise trip.

I got the same email. I have two trips planned. One for fall and one over Easter. I can't use those special fares for the dates I am going.

If I could get those rates I would go for the day.

the $1 to $5 are one way fare, so when you book your round trip it maybe $1 to $5 going down and coming back could be $150 or $200 or more plus tax.

goldi, did you check the spirit website ? i will look to see if i still have it in my trash, i deleted it because i think it was only to ft lauderdale & ft meyers, not orlando. spirit doesnt fly into orlando from ord anymore
