Our provincial capital is Edmonton, the second-largest city in Alberta. I've been there dozens, if not hundreds of times. I've only visited the Provincial Legislature Building once though, about 15 years ago for Canada Day celebrations. As for other provincial capitals, I've also been to Victoria (BC) and Toronto (Ontario) quite a few times each.

I was born in the capital city of my birth state, and lived there the first eighteen years of my life. I have not visited the capital city of the state I now live in. I have driven through many state capitals, but not stopped to visit them.
