And I don't know why I did this - because now all my skin is crawling!, but I looked up florida spiders and that appears to be a Golden Silk Orb-Weaver - which is a harmless, though very large, spider in Florida.

I wanted to get the rest of the MNSSHP pictures up and I thought if I don't do it now it won't get down. I will do a undated post this evening on Jasmine's adventures in Key West....love that she can text me from there

After all of our character interactions I put the camera away. It was time to just enjoy the rides and what had turned into a wonderful evening with my daughter...the rain had run its course and it was such a gorgeous night! We decided we would watch the fireworks and stay for the late parade....so glad we made that decision. We wandered to about half way up Main Street and we couldn't believe how few people were there! It was amazing....2 minutes until the parade and we got right on the curb That has never happened to us....you gotta love all the pixie dust!!

I will warn you my pictures of the parade are not great but I will post them anyways...I hope you enjoy and I'm just going to let them to the talking!

I loved seeing all the character pictures you took! I've never been to MNSSHP - but it looks like it would be fun. And what's up with that lady? Doesn't she know that once you pass through Walt's gates, everyone is considered a kid at heart? Sheesh! I'm glad you stood your ground.

OK - I have to ask. That spider looks like it's at least the full size of an adult hand. Were they? UGHHHHHHHHH. I hope Melanie skips this post - she'll freak right in front of her computer!

Those are some pretty humungous spiders! I understand your fear! I love your MNSSHP pictures! So funny about the villians and love the picture of you and Jane Plus I am amazed you only waited 20 minutes for the dwarfs! I guess it's better to go later in the party. I always read about everyone going there first! Can't wait to see the parade pictures. That is my favorite parade ever!

I noticed they have the August hours out today I'm going to go back and look at them ... now we'll just keep our fingers crossed that the party's on when we're there!

Yuck...spiders. They are not my fav (snakes are the worst in my book).

Love the villains pics. Darcy loves the villains and I have never seen so many in one place. My absolute fav is the 7 dwarfs. We were lucky enough to have a pic with all 7 on our second trip, but not since. Apparently its a bit of a rarity.

We sure did luck in .,.. when we first got in line they actually left for a break and a lot of people in front of us left...so luck was in our favour!

I was thinking about Caitlin and the women that were mean to her in the FP line when I was writing that post....our girls would never treat people poorly so it made me crazy that people would speak to them that way!

Hi Debbie....thanks for posting those gorgeous pictures...Jasmine wishes they were on the Dream I'm sure, but they're actually on the Magic. I'm not sure if she would do that slide, she wouldn't do Summit Plummit at BB 3 years ago when we went.

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and to all of our American friends, I hope you're enjoying the Super Bowl.

I wanted to give you all an update on Jasmine's cruise. I spoke to them on Friday night as they were getting ready to hit the hay at the hotel and then they called me Saturday morning....yes I was still sleeping!

Jasmine texted me once they were on the ship and told me how beautiful and huge it was! She also told me she had a lava smoothie in her hand at the sail away lmao:

Not long after they left the dock we lost our cell connection which made for a very boring evening for me! She texted me as they were coming into Key West today....a little late because apparently they were involved in a rescue at sea! There was a small boat with five people on board in trouble so the Magic called the Coast Guard. I asked if she got any pictures and she didn't but sounds like my sister did...I will share once they're home!

Once they were off the ship they started shopping....I laughed when I got a text that said how many shops there were...then another text followed that looked like this.....'THERE'S A COACH OUTLET HERE"....oh dear...I knew they (her and my sister would do some damage in there) and sure enough within 15 minutes she had bought a purse that was 40% off but when she got to the cash it was another 30% off...so her purse cost her $60! My sister apparently got a purple one but I have no idea what either looks like, but we'll post pictures once they're home. She told me she bought shoes, jewellery and her coach purse.

I have lost our cell connection again so probably won't hear from her until they hit Grand Cayman on Tuesday. She's planning a relaxing day by the pool tomorrow!

Those spiders are GIGANTIC! I'm glad I didn't see them in person. I'm going to pretend they didn't live long after you took that pic and they were the only ones of that kind in the US.

The pics and story of Jas with the villians sounds/looks so fun. Love all of them.

I hope Jas is having a fantastic time on her cruise. My boss was in Winnipeg two weeks ago and he was telling me about the mountain of snow.

How funny that your boss was here....mountain of snow is right!! In 1997 we had a horrid flood...they called it the flood of the century....and they're saying this year could be worse We'll have to wait and see .... the city is protected by a floodway, but it's all the surrounding towns .... it was so sad last time!

When I dropped Jasmine off at the airport it was zero degrees and I had my spring coat on .... today it was -30 again with the wind chill...I got home from work tonight and put on my pj's and that was that...no going out for me

I miss you too and wish I could be there with all of you in September One year my friend....one year we'll make this work

No kidding I was not the happiest this morning when I was lying in bed and they said it was -33....I am soooooo sick of this weather...and snow.....Calgon take me away!!!

OMG, that spider is so gross! I think if I saw something like that I would've ran away screaming. LOL. My cousin did one of the professional internships in WDW and while she really misses living in FL, she does NOT miss the bugs. That must be one of them!

Great pictures from MNSSHP. The one of you ladies with Jane is particularly great.

And we certainly enjoyed the Super Bowl here in Wisconsin...yay Packers!
